PHPC Sports Complex: Vision & Mission

For Professional Athletes

PHPC will home athletes with raw talent and potential through developing their fundamental skills to ensure they excel in their competing sport. The program will tackle everything from nutrition assessments, physical therapy to injury prevention programs in a high performance sports academy for athletes. By way of laying the groundwork for efficient athletic progression whilst maintaining superior levels of athletic performance.

Mo Rahma

Mo Rahma is a professional athlete and entrepreneur who became the first international surfer from the UAE. His love for sport first began with a career in international football where he was a star player for the Dubai Football Club. Rugby soon caught his interest and he fast progressed to competing internationally for both the UAE National Team and the Arabian Gulf Team which led to competing in the Rugby 7’s World Cup in 2008. As the only Emirati on the Arabian Gulf Team, which comprised of the best players in the gulf, he’s relentless passion for the sport led him to start the UAE Rugby Association and thereby creating the very first official all- Emirati UAE National Rugby Team.

Mo’s hunger for sports shifted from land to sea as he embarked on a professional surfing journey, becoming the first UAE National to compete in international surf competitions. After just 4 years in the water, Mo surfed his way to the quarter finals at the ISA World Games in Peru. He is currently in the final phase of qualifying for the Tokyo Olympic Games which was set to happen in 2020 but has been postponed due to the current global pandemic situation.

J. Antonio Antolí

J. Antonio Antolí is an international experienced architect with multiple projects in Europe and the Middle East. He studied architecture at the prestigious Technical School of Architecture of Barcelona, Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He has participated and spoken at several international symposiums on Architecture and has published in industry publications. Passionate about new & futuristic technologies.

Experienced in Architecture spans many sectors of the industry including residential, commercial, public and hospitality projects. His expertise adds tremendous value to space planning, structure considerations, built-in / millwork designs and details for interior. Established in Dubai for more than 10 years, genuinely give an assistant from A-Z, scoping market research, design, project management, asset management, and as well deliver a turnkey project. As an expert & founder of sports consultancy firm, DpA Athletes, provides an exceptional value that is catered specifically for the project needs. He will support and ensure the businesses thrive. To highlight some of the clients where he has participated on projects all over these years in MENA; PIF, Kingdom Holdings, Hospitality, AXA Insurance & IFA. His holding companies have presence and operate in MENA, Asia, Europe, Africa & N. America.
